Moose Points is our online loyalty program created to reward customers like you with great perks. Use your points to get discounts on purchases, so the more you gather, the more you save.

How do I join the Moose Points Program?

Just sign up for a customer account, and you'll instantly become a member of our program. To add your Birthday and find ways to earn Moose Points you can join through our Moose Points loyalty program widget located at the bottom right of your screen.

 How do I earn Moose Points?

Accumulate points through various online activities, such as following us on social media, writing reviews*, referring friends*, and making purchases. Remember, you need to be logged in to earn points on your purchases.

How do I redeem my Moose Points?

Redeem your Moose Points for rewards that you can use on our site. Whether during the checkout process on our payment page or at any time using the Moose Points widget, your rewards are ready for you to enjoy.

Do Moose Points expire?

Your Moose Points balance is subject to expiration if you haven't earned or used points for a consecutive two-year period. This policy is applicable to customers who have remained inactive for two years. Points will expire daily on a rolling basis for customers who haven't earned or spent points within the two-year timeframe. To serve as a reminder, a notification email will be sent 30 days before the expiration date.

How does the Refer a Friend program work?

Share your exclusive link with a friend who hasn't shopped with us or doesn't have an account yet. When your friend makes a purchase using this link, they'll enjoy a £5 discount, and you'll earn £5. To get your unique URL, just log in, open the Moose Points launcher, and scroll down to the referral section. Copy the link, share it via email, or post it on Facebook / Instagram to start earning rewards together.

 

How do I get points for following on social media?

Just log in to your account and navigate to the Moose Points dashboard. Choose the *Ways to earn* tab, then click on any of the listed social media platforms you'd like to follow. Simply log in to that platform, and give us a like or follow to start earning points!

 Are Moose Points refundable?

No, once points are redeemed, they are non-refundable.


Moose Points Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your membership in the Moose Points loyalty and rewards programme.

 When you create an account on the Tilly And The Moose Website you are:-

 * Confirming that you are 18 years of age or older

*  That you are giving consent to be contacted via the email address provided regarding the Moose Points Program and also marketing emails from us regarding new products, exclusive offers and sales. 

* Moose points membership is personal to you. You may not share or transfer your points, but friends and family 18 years and over can create an account on the Tilly And The Moose website.

*  Tilly And The Moose reserves the right to modify or change rewards at any time.

To accrue Moose Points, you must create an account and be logged in.

*  Points can only be earned or redeemed online.

*  Redemption of points is a one-time occurrence.

*  Points hold no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash or credit.

*  Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

*  Rewards cannot be combined.

*  Only one reward can be used per transaction.

*  Enter your birthday at least a month in advance to receive your points.

* We may refuse Moose Point membership if we feel there is a good reason to do so.

Should you wish to close your account with Tilly And The Moose please email us at :- closemyaccount@tillyandthemoose.com  Please give your full name and the email address which is held on your account and we will delete your account.  Please be aware that any Moose Points you may have accrued on your account will also be lost and you will no longer be part of the Moose Rewards Program.
